Silicone photodiode ? based SDA-010 Detector is aimed for optical radiation registration in the spectral range from 200 up to 1100 nm. The detector applies silicone photodiode FDUK-2 with a transimpedance pre-amplifier as a registration element. Being of a unique development technology photodiode FDUK-2 possess an extremely low dark current making SDA-010 Detector to be applicable at the room temperature without cooling.
